Brass balls show fairish mechanical performance, good corrosion resitance, excellent electrical properties.
They generate low frictions. Balls are provided in the passivated condition.
Characteristics and uses of solid copper balls
Our pure copper balls are noted for their corrosion resistance and their excellent ability to conduct both heat and electricity.
While their conductivity makes them ideal for electrical applications,
their corrosion resistance suits them to use in marine environments and industrial settings where halogens,
salts, sulphides, and water are present.
The balls come in diameters of between 1 and 42 mm, have a hardness rating from 40-120,
and a service temperature of between -196 and 260 ºC.
Hollow versions are available as well.
